Like the update, snappier and more options. But surprised there is no lens support for the VERY popular Canon EOS Cinema Primes.

Can finally setup the viewfinder for the RED Dragon sensor (even 5K Scarlet Dragon)! This app is back in action. =]

Installed the app - looks awesome, but i have a perpetual "Update Found" no matter how many times i run the update... Also, any chance for support for Rokinon Cine Primes? Use these with my RED Scarlet-X. Will raise to 5 stars if i get the perpetual update issue resolved...

Artemis is the perfect way to block and frame shots to pass on to the DP and create storyboards. On the iPhone its extremely handy, and the iPad version lets me show the shot to several people at once. One beef is that it would be handy to be able to shoot just a few seconds of video to show camera movement.

Please add the canon CN-E lens kit. that would bring this to a five star for sure. As is I am using a lens kit setting that is close. You have C100 -C500 for cameras.....

App - 4.5 STARS Update - 0 STARS Just downloaded the latest lens and camera update and it now crashes instantly when I start it up... Until there is a fix this update has rendered this excellent and extremely useful app completely useless. Note: I have an iPhone 6 that has absolutely zero alterations done to its operating system. I keep all of my devices up to date and as pure and clean as possible.

I have used this app as a DoP on a couple of feature films now (With RED epic dragon and RED pro 18-85). Lots of good things but there are annoying issues: 1. Why cant the app autoupdate like all other apps in AppStore? 2. After an update the lenses are not right anymore and have to be reselected. You also have to go through ALL steps once more to do it. 3, To view a picture just taken you have to press 4(!) buttons!! 4. It is hard to get right exposure in dark areas in the image, while in other apps this works just fine. 5. Very cumbersome gallery system. 6. No video recording. 7. Zoomed in resolution seems much worse than in other apps. Fix it guys please as I use the app a lot. Thanks!

This App could be a lot better, resolution, exposure...all need fixing. Some sort of exposure override would be wonderful, The gallery system is a bit overwrought and could be simpler. One should also be able to determine a focus point without disturbing all the frame lines. Lastly the resolution is not good, the iPhone camera is capable of more than this app takes advantage of. For the money this app should be better. Much much better.

Best app Ive found for composing shots with a phone, along with storyboarding on location scouts. Ive used this for weddings and narrative films, and its been great to be able to share references with the crew and not need to lug around a backpack with 4 lenses. The other 0-3 star reviewers arent giving it the credit it deserves. There have been a couple bugs in the past, but the point is that it works when I need it to, and its more powerful than any other viewfinder apps out there. This does 10x what a real directors viewfinder does, and for a fraction of the cost. No brainer.

An indispensable tool for film director and cinematographer alike. An especially invaluable tool when scouting. An email to support when I was on the road was met with a swift, detailed and good-natured response. Just buy it already.

Im using 6S+. Always crash in this ver. Never working. Not helping 24hour setting change neither!!! Plz update asap.
